Elsewhere, police in Nairobi arrested a 28-year-old man after his father died following a confrontation at their home in Mowlem, Nairobi East.
The deceased, identified as 66-year-old James Hunja Macharia, had earlier been reported by his brother, as having died under circumstances suspected to involve assault.
According to police, officers visited the Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital mortuary and established that the deceased had sustained several head injuries, which may have contributed to his death.

He reportedly told investigators that his father regained consciousness after the incident but later complained of a headache. He was subsequently taken to Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The son was arrested and placed in police custody pending further investigations and his arraignment, police said on Monday.
